Overcoming Addiction Solitaire

Addiction can always be overcome, and recovery starts the moment you admit to your addiction and the fact that it is running your life.

Here are a few tips to help you begin getting your life back from addiction solitaire:

  • Find a support group. There are all addiction groups for every type of addiction. They all assist you in your recovery and guide you towards healthy habits.
  • Seek counseling. Behavioral therapy can help you identify the reasons for your addiction and teach you how to cope.
  • Adopt other hobbies, such as painting or reading, to occupy your time.
  • Take a break from the computer when you are feeling bored at work, take on another task that does not involve use of the computer if possible (for example, reorganize the office or make copies of paperwork).
  • Uninstall the program from your computer and make a conscience effort to avoid exploring the programs tab on other computers (you know where the game is – don’t go there!).

When you decide to stop playing addiction solitaire you slowly regain your self control and it can no longer make a game out of your life.

Addiction To Solitaire Quote By Brian Tracy

Move out of your comfort zone. You can only grow if you are willing to feel awkward and uncomfortable when you try something new.

The Inspiring and Empowering Story of One Woman’s Triumph Over Alcoholism, Bankruptcy, weight issues and Despair.

She did not just struggle to survive. She struggled to win!

If a single sentence could sufficiently describe a lifetime, then this would be an apt description of Moya’s life. From a privileged childhood to adulthood of bankruptcies and subsequent salvation, Moya weathered all storms to be where she is now—a fulfilled woman with a story to tell.

The rule of the game are as follows:

  • A gap can be filled by moving into it the card that is the same suit and a rank higher than the card on the gap's left.
  • Nothing may be placed in a gap to the right of a King or another gap.
  • Only 2s maybe be played in the left column.
  • When no move is possible all cards that are not in suit sequence starting from 2 in the left column may be shuffled and replaced. You may do this up to 3 times.
